What are your hours of operation?
Bayside Corals is open Tuesday to Sunday (closed on Mondays). Our hours are:
Tuesday to Wednesday: 11am-6pm, Thursday to Friday: 11am-8pm and Saturday and Sunday: 11am-5pm.

You can occasionally (but not always) reach us via email outside of normal business hours.
I’m looking for a specific fish or coral that I don't see on your website?
Our corals and livestock fluctuates on a constant basis, which can be influenced by the time of year and other seasonal factors. In addition, COVID-19 has had a significant impact on the availability and consistency of flights from many of the regions around the world. We do take custom requests, so please inquire with us as to your specific needs and we’ll do our best to accommodate you. I noticed that a particular product is out-of-stock. Do you accept backorders?
Yes, absolutely! We receive regular shipments from our main suppliers on a monthly basis, so chances are the particular product you're interested in is either already enroute to us or part of our next order. You can go ahead and place your order online and on receipt we'll contact you with an approximate ETA. Please note that we can't necessarily offer the same guarantees with Livestock, due to fluctuations in availability and survivability while in-transit to us.
Can I arrange for in-store pickup?
Absolutely! Please visit the Corals, Livestock or Products sections to check availability of any particular items, corals or livestock that you're looking for. Add these to your cart and proceed to checkout. On the checkout page, after you enter your address information, In-Store Pickup will be displayed as an available shipping option for customers in Saskatchewan. If you have any special requirements (such as thermal packaging for a long trip back), please leave a note in the Comments section.
Do you offer an in-city delivery service?
Yes, Bayside Corals does offer home delivery service within Saskatoon City limits. Especially with COVID-19 concerns, this is definitely something we can accommodate. Depending on the size of your order, there may or may not be a small associated fee. We can also provide livestock acclimation and coral placement services if needed.

We also utilize several in-city delivery companies that specialized in professional, reliable and insured tank delivery. The price is typically upwards of $149. While our staff doesn't participate in any tank installation itself, we are on-hand to provide supervision and guidance if needed or requested. Please inquire with [email protected] for details.
Do you offer any additional services?
Yes! Bayside Corals offers a variety of value-added services, including but not limited to: Water Testing, RO and Salt WaterFish QuarantineEquipment RentalIn-Store Equipment Maintenance/Service and In-Home/Business Tank Maintenance (which includes feeding of livestock, tank cleaning, water changes, dosing and the addition of reef supplements). Do you carry any products not listed on your website?
Yes, we have access to a wide assortment of marine products and can certainly make inquiries about a special order for any product(s) that we don’t normally carry but have access to. Please contact us at [email protected] for pricing, availability and an estimated timeframe for delivery.
Do you offer a quarantine service for fish?
Yes! We have recently introduced a new Quarantine Tank service where your new purchase or existing livestock can be quarantined for 2 weeks. We provide all medication and monitoring during this process. Please inquire at [email protected] for details, as this is available on a first-come/first-serve basis.
